About Karolina
I’ve been involved in strength sports for around a decade and my journey with powerlifting started in 2016. Despite competing at regional and national level, coaching is where my heart is and always has been. My coaching journey started in 2018 after obtaining my level 3 PT, and shortly after my S&C. I am a British Powerlifting Level 2 Coach (IPF Level 1) with international-level experience, having coached Team Scotland at Commonwealth Championships in 2024. I also hold up-to-date WADA and Safeguarding Qualifications. Throughout my career, I coached clients of various levels, ages, and abilities. From absolute beginners to national level lifters, folks coming back from major injuries or those who don’t even want to powerlift, just want to get strong.
I encourage my clients to get involved with the community, build connections, support one another and, as they are making steady and sustainable progress towards their goals - have fun. You don’t need to fit into a ‘insta-perfect’ mould to be a good powerlifter. And a good egg. And a little mischief inside.
